What these terms cover

They cover this information website only. They do not govern the Fiscal application, a subscription, or a paid plan. Those terms, if they are offered later, will be separate.

A product in development

The pages describe a product that is still in development. Features, wording and timing can change before any public release. Download links appear only when a store listing is actually available.

Not advice

Nothing on this website is tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Fiscal does not determine whether an expense is deductible and it does not calculate your tax. You should not rely on the site to prepare a return.

Use of the site

You may read the pages and share links to them. You may not copy the Fiscal fold or the Fiscal wordmark for your own product, and you may not attempt to disrupt the website.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Rights that the Australian Consumer Law does not allow a business to exclude are not excluded by these terms. To the extent the law allows, Avetco is not liable for loss that comes from relying on general information about a product that is still in development.
